The 3d2n platform is intended for users residing in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 3d2n bears no liability for any violation of local laws by users accessing the platform from outside Malaysia.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from using online gambling services, you are not permitted to register or use the 3d2n platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 3d2n platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — even under different personal details, names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation. 3d2n employs advanced detection technology to identify multi-account ownership, and all accounts involved will be closed immediately with all balances frozen and no right of recourse.

3d2n reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of the payment method used. This is part of our standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and is in place to protect the security of your account.
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. Choose a strong, unique password for your 3d2n account and never share it with anyone. 3d2n will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or live chat under any circumstances.
3d2n accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:
The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on the payment method selected and your membership tier. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as your 3d2n account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically credited to your 3d2n account within 1 to 3 minutes. Deposits via FPX online banking may take up to 15 minutes depending on the processing time of the respective bank. If your deposit has not been credited within the stated timeframe, please contact 3d2n support with proof of payment.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your membership tier at 3d2n. New members may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until the identity verification process is fully completed.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must ensure that:
3d2n processes withdrawal requests within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays). The actual transfer time to your bank account or e-wallet depends on your bank or e-wallet provider. Most withdrawals are completed in under 24 hours.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your last deposit, or to another method that has been registered and verified under your name. 3d2n does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods or those whose ownership cannot be verified.
All bonuses offered by 3d2n — including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated at the time the bonus is presented. Wagering requirements typically range between 1× to 30× bonus value varies depending on the promotion type. Bonuses cannot be cashed out or withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fully met.
Every bonus has a clearly stated validity period (expiry date). Any bonus that remains unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Please check the expiry date of each bonus before using it at 3d2n.
While a bonus is active in your 3d2n account, a maximum bet limit of RM 50 per spin/hand for slots and table games. Wagering beyond this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per 3d2n member. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different means — including re-registration or using another person's account — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
All games on the 3d2n platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is publicly published. Every spin, every hand dealt, and every game outcome is genuinely random and free from any manipulation by 3d2n.
The outcome of every completed game is final and may not be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure. In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 3d2n will use saved system records to determine a fair outcome for all parties involved.
3d2n is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the member's end. If a connection is lost during a live game, the 3d2n system will complete the game based on the last recorded state. Wagers will not be refunded solely on the grounds of a connection disruption.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3d2n platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture:
3d2n reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or threatened the security or integrity of the platform. Such decisions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of 3d2n.
Members may close their 3d2n account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will expire automatically upon account closure.
